Permit Packages

The permit process can be daunting and time consuming.  Let me take care of your paperwork while you take care of your customers and your business.  I will double check your permit package and make sure it is complete and then file it with the appropriate municipality.

I also file NOCs, NTOs, and more.  I will contact your customer's HOA and obtain their package, complete and return to them for approval.

I will follow up with each agency to make sure things are moving along in a timely manner.  I will print(or pick up, depending on municipality) the approved permit package and bring to you.

We all know about the 'inspection window' and how you can sit for hours waiting on the inspector. 

Your time is valuable -- I will schedule your inspections and can even cover them for you.  Use your time to be productive with other jobs.

Just because all final inspections have been conducted and passed, it doesn't mean the permit has been closed in the system.  Human error happens.  I will follow up with the municipality to make sure that it is officially closed in the system.  I have discovered several permits where the cards were signed off but information was never entered into the system, causing headaches for the homeowner when they tried to sell.  It also means that you have an open permit and you are responsible for any work done under it.  Save yourself the potential liability - let me take care of it for you.
